Eat in Art at Cafe by the Ruins
Cafe by the Ruins is one of our favorite restaurants in Baguio. Aside from the comforting food (We love the basil and foccacia bread, kesong puti, topped with tsokolate-yummy-goodness), the place is perfect for some chill or kill time. You'll spot some writers, artists here lounging about.
